This book aims to teach you ways to be happier in your everyday life and enjoy it more. Its about personal growth and positive mind shifting. This book says to slow down and relax. To create peace; think less, observe more and talk less, listen more. The power of silence. Lead by example, not words. A lot of problems are caused by language misunderstandings. That can cause hurt feelings, confusion and arguments.

There is a lot to learn in this book. It says to take care of your emotions and reactions to things. The aftermath can last for days and affect your appetite and digestive system as well as your ability to relax and sleep well, concentration and memory decreases, and many other things. This book also says to take care of your body, it affects your mind and happiness.

Help yourself get well. This is positive mind control- controlling your own mind rather than letting the environment, people and other things control it for you. Look for positives in negative situations. The more control you have over yourself; thoughts, words and actions, the more powerful you become.

There is a lot more useful information in this book. I really enjoyed it. It is well written and easy to follow and understand. I recommend it to everyone that is trying to increase happiness in their lives everyday.
